Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bacon, in 1-inch pieces, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 medium green peppers, cut in strips, 1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can tomatoes and 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Fry bacon and drain.
Saute onion in grease.
Mix in green peppers.
After they wilt, stir in rice. Cook on medium until rice is milky.
Then add garlic, tomatoes, bacon, thyme, salt and some pepper.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add ham and stir.
