Janet's Blueberry Coffee Cake
Janet'S Blueberry Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 3 eggs, beaten and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour, sugar, margarine, baking powder and salt as you would for pie crust.
Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for crumbs on top of cake.
Lightly flour berries and add to dry mixture.
Beat eggs well.
Combine with 3/4 cup milk.
Add eggs and milk to dry mixture, folding in.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan (or two 9-inch pans).
Sprinkle with cinnamon and reserved crumb mixture. Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
