Japanese Noodles
Japanese Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 lb. thick shanghai noodles or tagliatelle noodles, 4 oz. chinese cabbage, chopped, 4 green onions, chopped and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil in wok or frypan.
Stir-fry chicken 3 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and rinse under hot water.
Leave in colander to dry.
Add cabbage and onions to chicken along with soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
Cook 1 minute and toss in noodles.
