Jean's Homemade Ice Cream
Jean'S Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 can pet evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 3 scant c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put 1/2 of the milk on stove over medium heat.
Heat until bubbly.
Mix sugar and cornstarch well.
Slowly add to the warm milk.
Beat eggs well. Slowly add to the milk and sugar mixture. Stir while adding eggs. Cook 1 minute.
Add vanilla. Add condensed milk and Pet milk and the rest of the whole milk. Cool before freezing.
