Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwiches
Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk, 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 6 slices bread, toasted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine in pan over low heat.
Add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk and bouillon cubes.
Cover over medium heat, stirring until thickened and bubbly.
Set aside.
Place toast in buttered 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Top each with turkey and ham.
Spoon white sauce over meat.
Layer cheese, tomato and bacon over sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
(Can use thinly sliced country ham or regular ham slices.)
