Divide eggs.
Beat eggs whites until stiff.
Combine egg yolks, sugar and lemon rind at high speed for 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except egg whites.
Mix together.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake 1 hour at 325° to 350° in a spring form pan. Can be served warm or cold.
