Lemon Nutmeg Scones
Lemon Nutmeg Scones is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 6 tbsp. butter, 1 (8 oz.) carton lemon yogurt and 1/3 c. golden raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 450Β°.
Lightly grease cookie sheet.
In large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and a 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg; blend well.
Using a pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In small bowl, combine 1/2 of the lemon yogurt, raisins and eggs.
Add to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until moistened (dough will be sticky).
