Little Cheese and Tomato Pizzas
Little Cheese And Tomato Pizzas is an easy dinner. Made with 4 english muffins, 8 slices of cheese (mozzarella, provolone, or swiss), 2 tomatoes, olive oil or salad oil and oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Turn a broiler on to medium heat.
Separate the muffins into halves.
Slice the tomatoes.
You will need 8 slices.
Lay the sliced English muffins on a pan, bottom side up.
Put the pan under the broiler and let the muffins brown lightly on bottom side.
When muffins are lightly browned, take them out of the broiler and turn them cut side up.
On each muffin place 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of tomato.
Sprinkle a little oregano and just a few drops of oil on each.
Put the muffins back on the tin and put them back under the broiler again for about 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
