Luscious Lime Cheesecake
Luscious Lime Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 4 eggs, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Reserve 1/2 cup dry cake mix.
In large mixer bowl, combine remaining dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil.
Press evenly on bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
In same bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add remaining eggs and reserved cake mix; beat one minute at medium speed.
Stir in lime peel, juice and vanilla.
