Macaroni Hamburg Casserole
Macaroni Hamburg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked macaroni, 1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. sliced peeled onions, 2 c. canned tomatoes and 2 lb. butter, margarine or bacon fat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute onions in butter until golden.
Add hamburger; cook slowly until done.
Drain excess fat.
Grease a casserole dish. Combine macaroni with all ingredients, including half of the cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Turn into casserole dish; sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
