Use 2 to 3 quart casserole dish.
Layer with thin layer of macaroni, cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
Continue to layer until full (about 3 layers).
Mix together milk and eggs.
Pour over macaroni mixture, about 1/4-inch from top.
Melt butter and crumble in crackers mix.
Spread over top and cook in 425Β° oven approximately 1/2 hour or until milk is no longer runny and crackers browned.
