Mandarin Chinese Stir-Fry
Mandarin Chinese Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken, boned, skinned and cut in strips, 2 c. broccoli flowerets and stem slices, 2 onions in wedges, 2 carrots in julienne strips and 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat corn oil and stir-fry chicken with garlic powder to taste; remove.
Stir-fry broccoli, onion and other veggies for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Return chicken to skillet.
Stir sauce over mix in pan and stir as it comes to a boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Serve with rice or Chinese noodles.
