Marty'S Chicken-Zucchini Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Saute chicken chunks in non-stick skillet until nearly done. Add onions, zucchini and lemon pepper.
Stir-fry until vegetables begin to soften.
Add tomato soup (no water) and generous sprinkling of cayenne (season to taste; we like it pretty spicy). Heat to bubbling and continue to cook vegetables to your preferred tenderness.
