In large skillet, brown meat with garlic powder, drain. In large meat with remaining ingredients, except cornbread cheese.
Mixture evenly into bottom of
9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Fold cheese into prepared cornbread
Top meat mixture with cornbread and cheese mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
