Heat corn oil in wok or large skillet.
Add steak, onion, garlic and green pepper.
Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.

Spoon 1/2 cup mixture onto each tortilla.
Top with avocado and sour cream.
