Grease 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
Sprinkle with corn meal.
Shake out excess.
Combine milk and water.
Heat in microwave on High about 3 to 4 minutes (between 120° to 130° on thermometer).
Mix 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda in large bowl.
Add warm milk mixture and beat well.
Blend in remaining flour and stir until dough is stiff.
Knead in bowl.
