Mocha Toffee Cheesecake
Mocha Toffee Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs, 3 tbsp. butter, melted, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine cookie crumbs and butter.
Press in bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Beat softened cream cheese with sugar, sour cream, vanilla and eggs.
Add chocolate and coffee to the cream cheese mixture.
Continue beating.
Sprinkle flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, over cream cheese and beat well after each addition.
