Molasses Oat Muffins
Molasses Oat Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. quick cooked oats, toasted, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

To toast oats, spread onto ungreased cake pan.
Bake at 350° for 14 to 18 minutes; cool.
In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in sugar and toasted oats.
In small bowl, beat egg.
Add milk and molasses to egg; beat well.
Add to flour mixture.
Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray 2/3 full.
Bake in preheated 400° oven 15 to 18 minutes.
