Mom's Egg Noodles
Mom'S Egg Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with flour, 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/16 tsp. baking powder (i just take a pinch in my fingers), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Beat eggs, salt and baking powder together good.
Then add flour to make a stiff dough.
Flour linen table cloth and sprinkle with flour.
Put dough on floured table cloth and knead until smooth.
Roll out on cloth and let dry.
When dry, fold in half, then in half again until a narrow roll.
Then slice to desired thickness.
Cook in roast or chicken broth.
