Mother's Noodle Pudding
Mother'S Noodle Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. pkg. (4 c.) medium egg noodles, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted, 8 oz. carton dairy sour cream and 1 c. small curd cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package; drain.
Heat oven to 325°.
Lightly grease 2-quart casserole.
In large bowl, combine cream cheese and margarine; blend well.
Add sour cream, cottage cheese, salt, sugar and eggs.
Stir in noodles.
Pour into prepared casserole.
Bake at 325° for 60 to 75 minutes or until set.
Serve warm.
Makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
