Mushroom Rice Pilaf
Mushroom Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. water, 1 can chicken broth, 1 c. brown rice, 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1/2 c. celery, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put water and broth in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add rice and cover, simmering for 20 minutes.
While rice is cooking, saute mushrooms, celery and onions until tender in a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
