Mushroom Rice Pilaf
Mushroom Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. raw rice, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 can beef consomme, 1 can onion soup and 2 cans mushrooms and juice (8 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt oleo in 2-quart casserole dish.
Add rice and mix well. Stir mushrooms and soups together.
Mix with rice.
Put in oven at 350Β° for 55 minutes.
Stir a couple of times.
Sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven for 5 minutes.
