Mushroom Steak Bake
Mushroom Steak Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can mushroom soup, 1 tbsp. minced onion and 1 (4 lb.) chuck beef roast, cut 1 1/2-inch thick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine soup and onion on heavy foil, about 24 x 18-inch. Roll roast in mixture to coat well, then wrap loosely, sealing edges well.
Place on a cookie sheet for easy handling.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 3 hours.
Remove from oven; reset temperature control to broil.
Slit foil across top and fold back, being careful not to let gravy run out.
Broil roast for 5 minutes, or until top is browned.
Carve into 1/4-inch thick slices; serve it with gravy from foil package.
