New England Mountain Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 2 eggs, 1/4 c. wheat germ and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a bowl mix milk, oil, eggs and wheat germ.
In a larger bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Combine both bowls together, mixing thoroughly.
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Bake on hot griddle (greased).
Turn over when top side is bubbly.
If you prefer thinner pancakes, increase milk, for thicker pancakes, decrease milk.
