New York Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs, lightly beaten and 4 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Combine flour, milk and eggs and beat lightly; batter should be lumpy.
Place 12-inch skillet (ovenproof handle) over medium heat and melt butter.
Tilt pan to coat bottom and sides.
Increase heat to high.
When butter bubbles, pour batter into pan.
Remove from heat and place in oven for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven.
Each pancake serves 2 people.
