Noodles and Sauerkraut
Noodles And Sauerkraut is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. salt pork, 2 boxes shells (medium), 2 large cans sauerkraut, 2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms and 2 tbsp. minced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Remove rind from salt pork; dice, fry until crisp, remove and cool.
Add mushrooms, onions, oleo and soup mix to grease; simmer 10 minutes.
Wash sauerkraut and add to mixture.
Simmer 5 minutes. Add cooked shells and salt pork; mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
