Oatmeal Drop Cookies
Oatmeal Drop Cookies is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 58 minutes. Made with c. stirred all-purpose flour, . cinnamon, c. quick cooking oats, large egg and . vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a medium bowl with a wooden spoon, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add brown sugar with the back of spoon.
Stir until all lumps are tiny.
Stir in oats.
Make a well in the center.
Add corn oil, unbeaten eggs, water, vanilla and raisins.
Stir vigorously until the dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop by level tablespoons 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven until lightly browned, about 13 to 15 minutes.
With a wide spatula, remove at once to wire racks to cool.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
Recipe may be doubled.
