Sift the flour with baking powder, soda, salt and nutmeg.
In a large bowl, mix with electric mixer at medium speed the butter, sugar and egg until light and fluffy.
Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well combined.
Form dough into a ball.
Wrap in waxed paper or foil. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake at 375Β°.
