Orange Sesame Muffins
Orange Sesame Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 2/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Lightly coat 12 muffin tin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Sift together flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in oats.
In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, egg, canola oil, sesame oil, buttermilk, orange peel, orange extract and sesame seed.
Mix together contents of the 2 bowls, stirring until just combined.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
