Oriental Stir-Fried Vegetables
Oriental Stir-Fried Vegetables is an impressive dinner. Remove flowerets from broccoli and cut in half.
Cut stalks into 2 x 1/4-inch strips.
Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
Add broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add salt, garlic and 1/2 cup of the chicken broth.
Cover and cook 3 minutes. Uncover and stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add sprouts, chestnuts, mushrooms and pea pods; stir-fry 2 minutes.
