Place ribs in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.
(Trim as much fat off as possible).
Place a slice of unpeeled lemon and thin slice of onion on each serving piece.
Roast in oven at 400Β° for 30 minutes (longer if using country-style ribs).
Pour off any fat.
