Oven Beef Stroganoff
Oven Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef round steak, cut into 1 inch strips or use cubes, 1 onion, sliced, 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place meat, onion and mushrooms in appropriate size baking dish.
In separate bowl, stir together soup, Worcestershire, pepper and bouillon and pour over the meat.
Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until beef is tender.
Remove from oven, stir in sour cream.
Serve over warm, cooked noodles.
