Oven-Fried Potatoes
Oven-Fried Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, lightly beaten, 1 tsp. dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp. paprika, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste and 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed, unpeeled and cut into 1-inch thick steak fries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat a broiler.
Cover a broiling pan with aluminum foil. In a bowl, combine the egg with the seasonings and stir to combine. Dip the potato pieces into the egg mixture and place on the prepared pan.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from direct heat for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
Serve hot.
