Oven Steamed Rice
Oven Steamed Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. rice, 3 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 7 c. boiling water and 1 stick butter (more or less to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine rice, salt and pepper in a 9 x 13 inch pan, ungreased. Dot the top with butter and pour boiling water over top.
Stir until butter is melted.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Do not peek or stir.
