Pam's Carrot Soup
Pam'S Carrot Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 small onion, chopped fine, 1 medium potato, diced, 1 lb. carrots, chopped and 3 c. vegetable stock, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in pan.
Add onion, potato and carrots.
Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add stock and sugar.
