Pasta Primavera
Pasta Primavera is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti or vermicelli, 1 (8 oz.) bottle red wine and vinegar salad dressing, 3 medium size green peppers, chopped, 3 medium size sweet red peppers, chopped and 3 medium size yellow squash, cut into thin strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
Combine salad dressing and remaining ingredients in a large skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring often, about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Pour over hot spaghetti, tossing gently.
