Peach Ice Cream
Peach Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. finely chopped peaches, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 (15 oz.) can (1 1/3 c.) sweetened condensed milk, 1 c. whipping cream, whipped and 1/3 c. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

To peaches, add sugar and 1/4 cup water; mash.
Add 1 to 2 drops each red and yellow food coloring.
Drain reserved juice. Add water to juice and milk; pour into refrigerator trays.
Freeze until firm.
Break into chunks.
Beat fluffy with electric mixer. Fold in whipped cream and nuts.
Return to trays.
Freeze firm. Serves 8 to 10.
