Cream sugars, butter and peanut butter in bowl with electric mixer.
Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Stir into egg batter.
Shape into balls; roll in additional granulated sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into each cookie.
Cool on wire racks.
Makes 7 dozen cookies.
