Peanut Sesame Noodles
Peanut Sesame Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. thin spaghetti, 4 tbsp. toasted sesame oil, 6 green onions, finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1/4 tsp. dried hot pepper flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook spaghetti until al dente.
Drain.
Rinse in cold water and toss with 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
Set aside.
Place remaining sesame oil in large heated frying pan.
Add green onions, garlic and pepper flakes.
Stir over medium heat until onions have softened, 2 minutes.
Add spaghetti, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
Heat mixture, tossing to combine for 3 or 4 minutes.
Stir in peanuts and cilantro.
Add salt to taste. Transfer to serving bowl.
