Pear-Ginger Tart
Pear-Ginger Tart is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 ripe pears, 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray a 10 inch quiche pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Peel and slice pears; arrange in pan. In blender combine milk, sugar, egg whites, yolk, ginger, vanilla, salt and flour.
Blend.
Pour batter over pears.
Top with sliced almonds.
Bake 1 hour or until knife into center comes out clean. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cooled.
