Pepper Steak Stir-Fry
Pepper Steak Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag uncle ben's boil in a bag rice (family size), 1 tbsp. margarine, 3/4 lb. beef top sirloin, cut in thin strips, 1 tsp. minced garlic and 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook rice according to package directions.
While rice is cooking, melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and garlic.
Cook and stir 2 minutes; push to one side. Add mushrooms.
Cook and stir 1 minute.
Add pepper strips, broth, pepper and salt.
Cook and stir until peppers are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
Stir in green onions.
Serve over hot, cooked rice.
Serves 2 to 4.
