Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until lightly fluffy.
Line small muffin pan with paper cups and place a wafer in bottom of each cup.
Fill 2/3 full. Bake in oven at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
Let cool.
Top each with 1 tablespoon pie filling and chill.
