Petite Cranberry Muffins
Petite Cranberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 1 stick butter or oleo, 1 egg, 12 oz. cottage cheese and 2 c. fresh cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter until fluffy.
Add sugar, egg and cottage cheese. Fold in cranberries and raisins by hand.
Mix in flour and remaining ingredients.
Stir together well, then fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake until puffed and lightly browned.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 24 petite little muffins.
