Pork and Veal Noodles
Pork And Veal Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut in 3/4-inch cubes, 1 1/2 lb. cubed beef or veal, 1 c. diced celery, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 2 cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown the pork and beef or veal in small amount of oil. Season and put in large roaster or kettle.
Add the celery, cream of chicken soup, 2 cans water and the dry onion soup mix.
Cook in oven at 300Β° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Add the dry noodles, cooked in consomme and water.
Add the mushrooms.
Cook until well blended. Serves 12.
