Pot Roast in Foil
Pot Roast In Foil is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. beef chuck pot roast (arm, blade, inside roll or shoulder clod), 1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place 30 x 18-inch heavy-duty aluminum foil in baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Place meat on foil.
Sprinkle soup mix over top of meat and spread with cream of mushroom soup.
Fold foil over meat and seal securely.
Cook in 300Β° oven for 4 hours.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
