Pot Roast Meat Loaf
Pot Roast Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground lean beef, 2/3 c. canned milk, 1/3 c. progresso italian style bread crumbs, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 to 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix first 8 and shape into a loaf in center of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Peel and slice potatoes, onions and carrots (sliced lengthwise).
Mix parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
Place vegetables in layers around meat.
Sprinkle each layer with part of salt mixture.
Cover pan tightly with foil.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes more to brown meat.
Serves 4.
