Pot Roast Meat Loaf
Pot Roast Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean hamburger, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine hamburger, crumbs, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Shape into loaf in center of 9 x 13-inch that is foil lined.
Peel and slice 1/4-inch thick the potatoes and onions.
Peel and quarter lengthwise the carrots.
Parsley flakes,
1 teaspoon salt and a few grains of pepper.
Place vegetables in layers around meat and sprinkle each layer with part of salt mixture.
