Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. pound cake mix, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. butter, melted, 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large mixing bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice; beat on low speed until crumbly.
Press on bottom of 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
In same mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice and salt; mix well.
Pour over crust and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Cool, chill and cut into bars.
Store covered in refrigerator.
Makes 48 bars.
