Rice with Green Chilies
Rice With Green Chilies is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sour cream, 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped, mild green chilies, 4 c. cooked rice, 8 oz. monterey jack cheese, grated and 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together sour cream and chilies; set aside.
Toss cheeses together.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole.
Put half the rice in casserole; spread half the sour cream mixture on rice and top with half the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 375Β°.
Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
May be assembled early in the day and baked later.
Can also be frozen before or after baking.
