Rigatoni with Broccoli
Rigatoni With Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. In a large skillet, heat oil.
Add chicken, garlic and pepper. Saute 4 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned.
In small bowl, stir broth, cornstarch and salt; add to skillet.
Stir in broccoli.
Bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Reduce heat to low; cook 4 minutes longer or until heated through. Toss with rigatoni.
Makes 8 servings.
